1. Shipping & Delivery
Q1: Where do you ship?
- FragrancePark ships only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Q2: What are your shipping rates?
- Free Shipping on all orders of $69 or more
- $8.95 flat-rate shipping on orders under $69
- Carriers: USPS, UPS and FedEx.
Q3: How long does delivery take?
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Mon-Fri)
- Carrier Transit Time: 2–5 business days (Mon-Fri)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen events.
Q4: How can I track my order?
- Tracking information is emailed within 24 hours of shipment.
- Customers can track packages directly via USPS, UPS and FedEx using the provided tracking number.
Q5: Can I change my shipping address?
- Address changes are allowed within 24 hours of order placement.
- Once processing or shipment begins, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
Q6: What happens if delivery fails or is missed?
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or multiple missed attempts may result in the carrier holding or returning the package.
- Additional re-shipping fees may apply.
2. Orders & Cancellations
Q1: Can I cancel my order?
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once an order enters processing or shipment, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. In that case, follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
Q2: How do I cancel multiple or gift orders?
- Each order must be canceled individually. Provide all relevant order numbers.
- Gift orders follow the same 24-hour cancellation rule. Shipped gifts cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery.
Q3: What about promotional or discounted orders?
- Orders with discounts or promo codes can be canceled within the standard 24-hour window.
- Refunds will reflect the original purchase price at the time of the order.
3. Returns & Refunds
Q1: What is your return window?
- Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Returns after 30 calendar days may only be accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Q2: How do I initiate a return?

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable.
- Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions. No returns are accepted without prior RMA approval.
Q3: Are there restocking fees?
- No restocking fees apply.
Q4: Who pays for return shipping?
- Return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Use a trackable carrier and consider insurance for high-value items.
Q5: When will I receive my refund?
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days (Mon-Fri) to the original payment method.
- If a refund is delayed, contact support@fragrancepark.com with your RMA and order number.
Q6: What if my return is lost or missing?
- Customers are responsible for ensuring return shipments are trackable.
- Returns lost in transit may not be refunded unless valid tracking information is provided.
Q7: What if the product is damaged or defective?
- Report damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
- Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund.
4. Payments & Pricing
Q1: What payment methods do you accept?
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay.
Q2: Are prices inclusive of taxes?
- All prices are in USD.
- Applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
- FragrancePark does not charge VAT as we ship domestically within the U.S.
Q3: Is payment secure?
- We use trusted third-party payment processors and industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) to secure all transactions.
5. Privacy & Personal Data
Q1: How is my personal information used?
- Collected information is used for order processing, payment, shipping, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Q2: Do you sell my personal data?
- No. FragrancePark does not sell, trade, or share personal information for profit.
Q3: How can I manage my data?
- California residents: Can access, correct, delete, or opt out of data sale/sharing under CCPA/CPRA.
