All of the products that we carry at FragrancePark.com are 100% genuine and original brand name perfumes. We carry only authentic brand name products including all perfumes, colognes, and other products. We DO NOT carry any knockoffs or imitations.
2. What is a Tester?
All products we sell are brand new in original retail packaging, unless stated as a Tester. A Tester is still a brand new, original bottle from the manufacturer and is 100% authentic, but it comes in a plain box and sometimes without a cap. Since there is no fancy packaging for a Tester, we get them at a discount and pass on the savings to you.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
We offer FREE shipping within the United States for all orders above $69. Our shipping is fast and convenient for our customers as most orders ship the same or next business day.
4. How do I track my orders?
Tracking details will be given once your orders are shipped. You may also contact us in case you would like to know the status of your order.
5. Do you ship worldwide?
No, currently we only ship within United States of America.
6. What is the difference between Pure Parfum, Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, and Eau de Cologne?
The concentration of oils in the fragrance marks the difference. Pure Parfum has the highest concentration. Eau de Parfum is second, then Eau de Toilette. The lightest concentration is Eau de Cologne. Solid perfumes last as long as Pure Parfum. The higher the concentration of fragrance oils, the longer your fragrance will last.
7. What is the right way to store fragrances to make them last longer?
Over time, environmental factors such as exposure to sunlight, high temperatures, and contact with air may have an effect on a scent. To maximize the shelf life of your perfume, store it in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. After using, always place the cap back on the bottle and place to help keep the scent from going bad,
