Eligibility

  • Product condition: New, unused, and in original packaging (including any accessories, inserts, or gifts with purchase).
  • Return window: 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Applies to: United States orders.

What We Accept

  • Returns: Accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Exchanges: Accepted within the 30-day window for eligible items.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Use the free, pre-paid return shipping label included in your package.
  2. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Drop off the parcel with the carrier indicated on the label.

Need a new label? Contact us and we’ll email you a replacement.

Method & Fees

  • Return method: By mail only.
  • Return label: Included in the package, free.
  • Restocking fees: None.

Refunds

  • Processing time: Within 7 days after your return is delivered to our facility.
  • Refund method: Original form of payment.

Non-Returnable (If Applicable)

To protect product integrity and for safety reasons, items showing signs of use, damage, or removal of seals may not be eligible. Any item returned outside the 30-day window or not in new condition may be declined.
